What's this? A story of mine with more than one canon character in it? IMPOSSIBLE!
...Well, this isn't the story I thought I would be publishing at the end of the month, but at least it's something, right?
This story will be more of a side-project that I play around with when I'm not busy with failing to publish chapters in other stories. The general premise is that Discord will start from the beginning... and then the next day, he'll reveal that he lied, and start from the beginning again. Each subsequent chapter will be a different story of Discord's origins, from a power-hungry changeling, to a Frankenstein-esque abomination, to an alicorn with a thirst for the dark side.
If you would like to suggest another possible origin (or recommend to me Discord origin fics I could shamelessly plagiarize and parody), feel free! The goal of this fic is to create and compile as many different origins for Discord as possible, and I'm only so creative outside of my massive, all-consuming headcanon.
Also, apparently stories that involve canon characters pretty much automatically get viewed more than stories that don't. Go figure, huh?
