Gearing up to work on my story, and name changes. · 10:21pm May 20th, 2013
For all that may or may not have noticed, I've changed the name of my fic a little. The reason behind this is to align it more with my other two planned stories, as well as to help make the crossover a bit more visible. The prequel will be an Ogre Battle crossover in the same vein as WotC; that is to say, while not crossing over any specific game, I will be using elements from the series to describe the world that the ponies live in. The sequel will follow the same formula, but be a crossover with Star Ocean. The titles and chronology for the trilogy will be as follows:
Ogre Battle: A Winter's Tale
Final Fantasy: Warriors of the Crystal
Star Ocean: The Stars Will Guide Her
Thus, the need for the name change on this story. The overall story remains unchanged, however, I simply wanted to make the crossover a bit more obvious for those who haven't been able to understand what I was attempting to do, and to have this story have a consistent theme along with the other two.
Along with this, I am refocusing my efforts into finishing WotC, and having the outline done for the next two stories. Depending on how things work out, I may or may not rewrite some of the chapters already, but the overall storyline will remain unchanged. Hopefully this all works out, and I can produce something worth reading.
