Hail & well met, herdmates...yes, I know how wrong that sounds.

Hey, all: just another half-baked ponefic reader hoping to find, support & generally pester actual writers. Developments I'd especially love to find:

1) Spike getting some-but not too much-respect; some authors jump from Rodney Dangerfield straight into Gary Stu-dom.

2) Less focus on Rarity's supposedly crippling prissiness & drama-bombardments; the way many so-called 'humor' writers pen it, you'd think none of her cohorts ever had equivalent meltdowns.

3) A slightly more open perspective to the possibilities of a universe spewing ZE MAGICKS out its ying-yang. Onscreen observations & ground rules have their place, but the latter oughta be at least moderately malleable...and I don't necessarily mean in the "P1NKI3 HAXXXX0RZ R00LZ ALLLLL1" fashion. Earth ponies might not all be roided-up green-thumb types; unicorns might not be dainty fops (or Gandalf-grade archmages); and certain "background races" might have an important role or twelve to play. Expand those horizons a bit.

....and: 4) please, for the love of Faust's sideburns, a moratorium on the terms 'best/worst pony,' 'X% cooler,' 'marshmallow,' and 'buck' (as in "BUCK YEW!" Other usage ain't quite so stale).

...well, that'll have to do for now.
