Gdocs, Why U So Silly?

For some reason Gdocs Imports just go nuts-o with the indentations whenever I try to upload a new story. I don't get why that happens, since they indents all are fine in the G-doc version. Maybe someone out there could shed a little light on ways to counter-act this? :[
