I too like the idea of a Twitavi shipping but I think the reason for the low numbers is everybody likes the Vintavi shipping a bit more but its always good to see a new pairing

Yea. I wanted something unique and Octavia plays a major role later in the story with Twilight's life and character
There's Private Gig. Haven't read it yet due to my Read Later list slowly turning into a 400 story long Eldrich Abomination, but it seems fairly popular.
Maybe you could try use search feature just tag Romance, Octavia and Twilight then you should get the desired results.
