Dear Celestia, am I tempted to write a Mafia Octavia fic.
In case you didn't know, Mafia Octavia is a current blog that... well, it imagines an Equestria in Prohibition. This has an adverse effect on Octavia, as the ban on alcohol closes down a lot of the bars that she would play at (in this case she plays jazz double bass). So the next logical step is to join the mafia
Obviously.
I really enjoy the premise and the tumblr that originated it. It'd be a lot of fun to write. On top of that, I'm also a fan of the LackADaisy comic. (Hilarious and quirky. Look it up here if you're interested. It's main characters are talking cats with shotguns, but this blog post is on a site dedicated to much more colorful talking ponies so that won't be much of a deterrence. 
) And that comic has planted the seeds of a Mafia Octavia story.
But I digress.
So, in tl;dr words: I might be coming out with a Mafia Octavia story, after my brain has knocked it around for a bit.
