So I have to ask, just because it popped into my head. Is there like a pony version of Bigfoot or would Bigfoot in Equestria still just be a Bigfoot?

Well, magical and/or mythical creatures seem to retain their normal forms. I'd count Bigfoot/Sasquatch/Whatever as a mythical creature, so it would retain it's sort of human sort of ape-like appearance.

"Bighoof"? It'd just look like a horse. Like a real horse (maybe a war horse or a draft horse, for their thickness) as opposed to a FiM pony, but shaggier.
