I'm not exactly sure what happenned here, but somewhere between the birthday party Friday, the night at my co-author's place Saturday, and a date Sunday, I didn't realize Ch13 was due until this (Monday) morning.

Thus, I didn't hassle my co-author to look over the new chapter like I normally do. So in a strange twist of fate, I wrote 13 last Tuesday yet it is still to be delayed. Just one day should do it.

My apologies.
