I've written down in the description of "The Neverending Hold of Stories" that each one is set in my own version of Ponyville.
While my own ideal version of Ponyville continues to expand, an idea popped into my head.
Twilight and her brother, Shining Armor, both live down in Ponyville.
There is no Cadence, and Shining is not captain of the Royal Guard.
The reason for that being that Twilight had ruined his only chance when she told a white lie to Celestia.
Celestia kicks him off the Royal Guard, crushing any chance he may have had at being anything.
Shining goes into this really depressed state.
Twilight tries to apologize, but he doesn't have any of it.
Their parents have been dead for a couple years, so there's nobody that Twilight can call out to in the house.
Shining beats her into submission, believing that he's getting back at her.
He takes her down to the basement, where he leaves her locked away with the light on and a bowl of water on the floor.
I'd call the chapter "Slave Sister", or something like it.
That was a pretty weird idea.
If I decided to go through with it, I'd never stoop as low as Redblood in this fic, but it would be dark.
So, I don't know, give me your thoughts?
Or something?
Or whatever.

Why can I never just come up with normal shit?
I would happily read that. Then again, I did laugh the second time i read Cupcakes because it felt more like dark comedy than horror to me.
