To all who stumble across this blog:
I posted the first three chapters with terrible impatience because I couldn't wait to get my story out. (If you're wondering about why the quality isn't up-to-snuff, that explains it.) However, the reviewer has now replied with some feedback and hopefully I'll be able to edit the first three chapters as well as dish out the next set of chapters for all to read within a week or so.
The flow of this entire series goes something like this: it begins with a 2-parter "pilot" episode (6 chapters), and then is followed by normal episodes [following different Ponyville characters] (3 episodes), with occasional 2-parters thrown in the mix (just like MLP:FiM). It is not a completely linear story line, but there is an overarching theme (again, like the show). I'm hoping this rather new format isn't too confusing, but rather is a nice week-by-week way of writing for me and reading for you.
My plan is to post a new chapter every two or three days (ideally Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday), starting in about a week. I already have 25% of the tales in rough draft form, so it will all depend on the reviewers/editors and how quickly they get back to me.
