Lack of an Update?

I know it's been, well, over two months since the last update now, and for that I apologise. The last few months have been a mix of good and bad stuff, and the main problem with the good stuff was that it came after the bad stuff, so I got really distracted by it. Books, games, new fanfic updates that I thought would never update. It's been a good break.

Barbossa's Report and Discord (Spoilers) · 11:04pm Jan 20th, 2013

The next chapter is basically 98% complete, and will be given to my proof readers within the next few days. The chapter that was meant to be fourteen, when read back, was a bit slapdash, so I rewrote it to a higher standard. Same plot, but I just...didn't think it was up to scratch, so to speak.

But fear not, the next chapter will be out soon.

On a not completely unrelated topic, Discord, if you've seen the newest episode, which I really enjoyed, is no longer evil...for the most part. I just want to point out that the upcoming chapters were written prior to Discord's new found life style, and I won't be changing the route I'm taking with him to accommodate cannon. Does that make this story an AU fic, or just written before cannon?

I also look forward to the influx of Discord stories where he isn't evil from the get go, and the eventual shipping stories that will be written with him living a free life. But the fact remains that chapter fourteen will be released soon.
