"Bible Times" - "For who is greater, the one who reclines at the table or the one who serves? Is it not the one who reclines? But I am among you as the one who serves." · 6:26pm June 16th
Hey there, everyone! Welcome back to "Bible Times"! God placed this message on my heart, and I wanted to be obedient and share it with you all to help those in their walks with God.
Here's something you need to know about leadership and serving others:
Luke 22:27 - "For who is greater, the one who reclines at the table or the one who serves? Is it not the one who reclines? But I am among you as the one who serves."
God wants us to know that his son, Jesus Christ, came into this world to serve rather than to be served. He wants us to know that it's better for us to serve others than to simply be served. For it shows our love and obedience to God and to others. It's also a strong sign of leadership.
While the typical perception is to be served, Jesus reveals his own example of true leadership by serving others and engaging in humble service. He wants us to know that true greatness comes from serving and helping others rather than the typical perception of being served.
So, remember, God wants us to know that true greatness and leadership comes from helping others rather than merely being served. He is our loving father who wants us to know the importance of helping others and serving those in need over simply being served that makes one a true leader. He wants us to know that sharing his love, grace, and care is a greater sign of showing our love and obedience to him and a great way of serving him and others, no matter what.
Thank you and God bless you forever. In Jesus' name. Amen. ♥️✝️⛪️💒😇👼🙏
I know im repeating, but:
He came not to BE served but TO serve.
