    Martian... This Means War...

So my buddy Martian has gotten into drawing as well as writing fanfiction. I thought it was funny. Then, I decided "hey, I suck at drawing. I can do that too!"

    I'm kidding, buddy.

Anyway, guess what I did? I put my ATROCIOUS drawing ability to the test! These are my first pony (and pretty much any) drawings EVAR.

That pin. I want it so bad.

I forgot to ask you guys, and the holidays are over and everything, but oh well. I wanted to ask what was the most favorite of gifts you got this holiday season?

How about ever?

What has always been your favorite moment of the holiday season?

Me:
Favorite Gift: The pair of Sperry's I got (They're wicked awesome)
Favorite Gift Ever: I... honestly don't know. I'm going to say the bright pink snuggie that my best friend got me one year. Heh, I never wore the thing, but I miss that kid very much.
Favorite Memory: I spent well over 200 dollars my Senior year of High School buying gifts for everybody I cared about. Everybody seemed to like the gifts, and I guess that I was just happy to see them open everything. It was a lot of fun as well.

More random questions from Church? You bet. But who knows? You might see your answer pop up somewhere...

Favorite gift...Probably when I got God of War 2, played it three times through on the first two days lol.

Best gift ever would have to be when I got my Girl friend the money so I could go visit her for Christmas.

Favorite memory would be to hard to find because I've had many with my friends and family.

We don't get presents at Christmas here in Holland, and it's never been that important a holiday for me.

Ere you are sir one glass bottle of Faygo grape soda and a safety pin.

697678 Gee, I haven't played any video games in the longest time... perhaps a year or so now. God of War was fun though, from what I remember haha.

697685 Holland, eh? Forgive me, I don't know much about the holidays over there. Do they celebrate something on the third of December? Something akin to setting shoes out for St. Nicholas to fill with candy and treats and stuff? I think they do that in Germany. Once again, forgive me if my sense of culture is well off.

697695 The grape soda is called Faygo? I've never heard of it...

Holland is a bit of a mess I'm afraid (I live there too). Some families do only Sinterklaas (5 December), some only Christmas. Some do them both, and some just skip both altogether. But anyway it's not like how I picture the USA: where everybody does Christmas two full days long with family and all.

As far as gifts go, I don't really take them seriously. I value a good party, or going to the movies with friends, over material gifts. I'm not saying I don't like gifts, of course :ajsmug:
And I have way too many awesome memories to pick one over another.

697725 When I first got that game, My mind went off the deep end a bit lol because I have never seen violence like that before :rainbowlaugh: Then I played it and my mind accepted it veeeeeeery quickly, probably to quickly. Lol I have never beaten a game so many times in my life. :pinkiecrazy: Well, next to the Final Fantasy Series.

697725 You're not that far off, actually. We put our shoes by the chimney on the nights of the 2-3 weeks leading up to the 5th of December to be filled by 'Sinterklaas' (who is based off St. Nickolas) and his 'pieten' (based off the black slaves of the era) (aka the adults of the family) with candy and presents. On the night of the fifth, a big bag full of presents gets left at the front door by 'Sint' and 'piet' (an acquaintance, in most cases). I don't think they do it in Germany (though I might be wrong there), but they definitely do it in the Dutch speaking half of Belgium.

697777 Most everybody does Christmas here. But if you want to get political, the U.S is technically one big melting pot, full of Jews, Muslims, and people of different race and religion. So not everybody does, but it's rare to find someone that doesn't (at least where I live).

697787 Hey, as long as you don't take pleasure out of shooting small animals with guns whenever possible, then it's okay. Violence is great!

697789 Okay, okay, I see. I've heard the tradition before, just forgot some of the major aspects of it. I see now.

Nah Faygo just a brand of soda that we have in Michigan, since I think the early 1900's, anyway on the glass bottles the cap for grape looks exactly like this and as such it works!

697805 I only find that exceptable if you are hunting for the sake of food and not sport. And Yes, its the best way to unwind from a stressful day.

What did I get for Christmas this year? NOTHING!
What was the best gift I got for Christmas? NOTHING!
