Now that I'm finally back on schedule, I've been writing again. Yesterday, I finished the initial draft of the first chapter of The Sacrifice (name could use a little work, I think). Today, it was the initial draft of the prologue of Higher Dimensions (again, name could use some work).
I also managed to figure out just how bad the telling was for Rise of the Legend. Whether that's due to the new diet (which helps with mental clarity) or just that I haven't touched it in some time, I don't know. Prior to this post, I rewrote the first four paragraphs... pretty much completely. I don't doubt that most of the rest of the prologue and the first chapter will be getting much the same treatment. The good news is that, with my new schedule, I should be able to complete the editing process for the prologue within the next few days, and hopefully complete the editing process for the first chapter within the next week or two.
After that, I'll do the editing for the initial draft of The Sacrifice 001.
I think I need to set aside days specifically for writing and others specifically for editing. I'll figure that out later, though.
As for my other fics, I've made a small amount of progress with them, but nothing really of note.
