If you are planning on going to the Everfree Northwest in August 2025, the Twilight's Book Nook might be something for you. It is a collective of authors that sell their fanfictions together at a vendor table. They might also help with the setup on Lulu but since you have already done a printing there this might be not that relevant. Book registration closes on the 14th of July.
