A Potential Writing Problem

So, there's been a problem I've been having when it comes to writing, when I've been trying to work on my stories, most of the time whenever I try saving them, I keep getting a Request Forbidden message popping up, it's made things harder for me to write for at least the past week after my last story post, and if this is a common site issue that's happening currently, I may not be able to update my stories until that issue is resolved, if anyone else is experiencing this, please let me know. I just don't think I'll be able to write normally if this keeps happening.

It happens to me to when I'm reading a chapter from time to time. It pops out when I scroll down to read the next paragraph/sentence.

It kind of happened to me when I was messaging someone.
Just reloading the page and retyping seems yo get past it

Even then when you try to do it again with other people, or even when replying to a comment, it still happens, I don't think people will be wanting to keep doing that repeatedly to the point it gets annoying, if this is a site issue it's going through right now, it needs to be fixed, because it will only make writing harder for me and others if this keeps going on.

Try asking this person because he's a moderator and someone already asked it, and he said to try clearing your cache and cookies and he has someone looking into it:
