Sometimes you have to put the pony into the picture yourself.

1999: Release of the single Windowlicker by Aphex Twin

The timing was unfortunate with the blog naming scheme.

Rubycon (composed of "Rubycon, Part I" and "Rubycon, Part 2"), a 1975 album by German electronic music group Tangerine Dream.
Definitely the sort of thing you can put on in the background.

The band is from Iceland, after all.

Iceland apparently also gets the least amount of sunshine out of any country in Europe, which certainly tracks for Luna.

1982: Release of the album Blackout by Scorpions · 4:37am March 19th

I care not for single edits of songs in the slightest, with very few execeptions.

Single remixes, however, are an entirely different story. No "precious listening time" is lost with those.

"In the Blood (Single Remix)", the single version of the aforementioned song from the album Deluxe by Better Than Ezra.

(The album was released on a smaller label in 1993, but was re-released on Elektra Records in '95, and that was also the first time any singles were lifted from the album.)

There's one song that I almost can't wait to post in one of these...but I shall.

Lovely song. Solid rock. I believe they’re a German and they had one major hit song in the U.S., “The Wind of Change” which peaked at #4 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1991.

Great song. :yay:

Yeah, the trend of "band mentioned in blogpost title has absolutely nothing to do with the actual song"
is back.:derpytongue2:

Thanks.

Wait, I should post a Scorpions song sometime. Can't believe I hadn't thought of that.

Certainly more fun to listen to than anything Ezra could have ever come up with.

Yeah I saw the scorpions and I couldn’t help myself since they have a big hit song haha

Sorry :twilightsheepish:

Not bad. I do think I prefer their heavier sounds, though.

You sure you hit the right comment 'dere?

EDIT: 'Doh. I am an imbecile.

5836860
Perfectly fine.

5836869
Thanks; perfectly acceptable.

Thank you. Also the better than Ezra song is pretty sweet too. That band m also had a few moderate hits on the Hot 100 in the mid 90s.

My thoughts exactly. :rainbowlaugh:
