Alas, my visit is at an end. It's been pretty fun visiting family and friends, but the time has arrived to leave once more and head home.

So today was my birthday!

And this is the first time in almost 20 years since I celebrated it in Mexico at my old home with my family and friends. I'm not going to go into too many details, but it's really amazing to be able to hang out with friends all the way back from primary school, and all the way through college/university, not to mention my family.

We kept it simple, but it meant a lot.
