That looks almost exactly like the messages that I get on deviantArt....they praise what I do and then want to engage in some sort of business transaction that is very clearly a scam. Thanks for the heads up.

My favorite part is that, even if they actually delivered the art, it'd still be overpriced beyond my willingness to even consider it. It's a scam all the way down.

My view is that if they want to do any kind of business, they can "pony up!" and buy my adoptables if they like it so much.
