LTUE Starts Tomorrow! · 11:25pm February 12th
Well folks, we’re in the final hours now! There’s an opening social tonight for the panelists and presenters, and then tomorrow morning at 8 AM, Life, The Universe, and Everything 2025 opens its doors!
And as you can see from that sweet spread of prints up above, I am prepared!
Well, those are actually for the signing on Friday night. Which starts at 7 PM, and you should totally attend if you’re in the area because it’s open to the public. They’re not for sale, mind; I give them away. Either to lucky rollers of a die, or to those who present a book copy for signing. Yeah, that’s right: If you buy a copy of either Axtara book or Shadow of an Empire and present it at my table, you can walk away with one of these sweet-looking poster prints. There’s one that’s not even pictured too of the Starforge cover.
Axtara cover prints usually go pretty fast, though, so if you want one you’d better swing by early. I even printed extras this year because last year I was cleaned out before the halfway mark by eager Axtara fans, and we’ve got the print of Magic and Mischief‘s cover this year.
Of course, you’re also more than welcome to attend the conference/symposium itself and even swing by some of the panels I’m on to say hello! You can find my schedule at that link, and it’s always a blast to run into fans through the con as well. If you need help identifying me, the about page is a little out of date, so I’ll let you know now that I’ll A) have a sweet beard braid, complete with beads (think Tolkien dwarf) and B) I’ll be wearing a shirt with a dragon on it in some fashion. Sadly not an Axtara shirt yet … but I’m hoping I reach that point soon.
Anyway, I’ll hopefully be doing my usual nightly LTUE wrap-ups each night as well … Though we’ll see on that angle. They’re usually a bit time consuming and I have several early-morning panels this time. Also, just a heads-up, but with Monday being a holiday in the US (Presidents’ Day) and my weekend being consumed by LTUE, there will not be a regular Being a Better Writer on Monday. Sorry folks, just timing.
