According to the G5 Bible, the main 6 joined Twilight to stop Opaline from taking all the magic from every pony in equestria. Believe that only alicorns were the only worthy tribe to weld magic, and that the alicorns only allowed this due to their ignorance. Think of Opaline as the Zamasu of mlp. With Zamasu, he killed all the gods and then wiped out all mortals from all twelve universes.
Anyway, before Opaline inacted her plan, Twilight's rain had been peaceful for 200 moons or 200 years, since the lore states that one moon equals to a year. So, Rainbow dash, Applejack, Pinkie pie, Futtershy, Rarity, and even Starlight are 200 years old during the events her and actively helping her like normal during the show.
That would mean that already, it shows that normal ponys have a much longer lifespan then humans. However, it's possible that with the elements of harmony it's possible their magic increased their lifespan for much longer. And since Starlight was around such powerful magic for a long time, her lifespan was increased as well.
As for others like Trixie, the cmc, and possibly Sunset, they have lifespans of 300 years to 500 at most. As for Rainbow dash and the others, it's possible to say that their lifespans have increased to 500 years at the minimum, to 700, 800 to possibly even a thousand years at maximum lifespan. Same for Starlight, with her exposure to all that powerful magic Over the years.
