Amidst the election, I'd like to give you all even more good news!
I have successfully consumed my 20th homemade personal cheeseburger! I have a photo album dedicated solely to cheeseburgers that I've made, over stovetop and grill alike and consumed of my own accord! I'm getting really good-Almost In-N-Out good!

Dear MacDonald's,

You may have Donald Trump (It's about time)-I'll give you that but-! My burgers, oh... my burgers, are better than yours! I'm working on improving my home cooking skills. Fried Okra, Cheeseburgers, and soon-Apple Pie! I-eh... I don't like turkey and I don't like chicken, please don't bring that up. I know, no one's perfect.

I like chopping up onion into itty pieces, mix in breadcrumbs and an egg, toss the meat together and mix well. The patties from that, oh God.... delicious.

I like to keep it simple-I use a brisket-chuck mix, I sprinkle salt and a little bit of pepper. I prefer mine medium well. That little bit of pink in the middle can make your day.
