Donation Plug

As folks who saw my post a few weeks ago know, I sold a few copies of my book Winter Dreams, Summer Reminisces, at Everfree Northwest this year. One of the main conceits of the book was to raise money for the Foundation for Women's Cancer, a charity focused on ending cancers in female reproductive organs. My mother died from uterine cancer two years ago, so I wanted to find a way to use my writing to help fight female gynecological cancers. As such, half of the proceeds made from the book go to the Foundation, and while it wasn't a whole lot this time around (around $26 for the charity), every little bit helps in fighting cancer.
