as a treat, here's another little drabble I find in okay enough writing that I've decided to post

Tomato sits in the hallway leading to Celestia’s room, observing the two guards that are currently on shift guarding her door, Crimson Sky and Midnight Shadow. He squints his eyes and rubs his chin with a hoof.
“Hmmmm. . .”
Cadence soon walks into the scene and turns towards Tomato.
“There you are, Tomato! I’ve been looking everywhere for yo- What are you doing?”
“Cadence. Can you help me figure something out?”
Crimson and Midnight, give each other a side eye and Crimson nervously gulps.
“Sure, but it has to be quick.”
“Do you think these two are fucking?”
Cadence freezes in place, Crimson and Midnight’s eyes widen slightly. Cadence looks at the two, and then back at Tomato.
“You noticed it too?”
