Has anyone notice a problem when import a chapter?

Whenever I try to import a chapter from Google Docs, it get loading when I enter my Docs. After 20 minutes, I started to lose patience. Does anyone else have that problem or isn't just me?

Bad news for me

I got myself a new 2 in 1 laptop but learn it couldn't download Microsoft Word. I tried typing online but it erases the sentence or words whenever I hit the space or enter key. Now I got to return it and find a new one with a payment plan with no interest payment. At least my neighbor loaned me her tablet when she's in hospital rehab until I returned it to her Sunday.
