To answer the questions that have been floating around in my story comments over the years in regards to whether stories such as CotS, MLaaII, and Dream Sickness will return to conclude, or if they can be commissioned too. The idea is yes, I do want to bring them back. But pretty much, because of life the past few years, I have struggled to find the time to commit.
I recognize that I've been pretty dead here since 2020 (the chaos that year was) and after the events of the last few years, (including G4's conclusion) I couldn't really afford to spend time on these stories or find the motivation. I had to focus on original stuff that I could actually sell to pay bills. (as many don't know I have two published novel series on the go too.) As for the main stories mentioned, it's all still up in the air because the next few chapters on each of them are at varying levels of being laid out, just not written. CotS is the most organized right now, as that story is huge with so many characters (some of my favorite and deepest I've ever created) and plot threads. Even after that, I know where the story goes as there's stuff on the cover that's not even shown up yet.
Lopernicus who's behind the new MDG has also asked a lot about bringing CotS back, and in his story, he does want Jade to meet Dragonfie at some point.
She's honestly one of my favorite OCs that I've created, so much to let her story fade.
MLaaII, is way more in flux as back in 2019, the story underwent extensive rewrites due to overwhelming feedback. Looking back now, I believe I should have left it as it originally was, and let the slow-burn adventure play out despite protest; as that's how I like to write. Only I feel it was hamstrung by the tags system. (A system I see has changed a lot since I last looked at it) That said, I do have the notes for this story somewhere, and could take a serious crack at resurrecting it even if it's a little different from the original idea.
Lastly, Dream Sickness has very few notes, but it is also the most simple of the three (in addition to being the sequel to a Love Sickness), a popular story over the years I've noticed. To put it simply, I know where this story is going roughly, so it has as much a chance as the others, maybe even more so, as it's shorter.
Regardless, I am interested in coming back to finish what I started as there have been countless requests for me to do so for years now. Things just might be slow at first if they do happen, and to everyone who's stuck around reading these old stories over the years, thank you greatly!
