Brainstorm notes · 9:13pm August 20th
I was cleaning up my notes and came across my brainstorm for The Weed Killers and figured I share it in the small chance anypony would be interested. I updated this as I was writing it. Since I was a on limited time crunch, I wasn't entirely sure how I was even going to end the story when I started it. But, I often find it's easiest to just start with a grain of an idea and let the story take control.
(Side note: Ch 20 of A Tail of Two Ponies will be released soon.) It's out now!

If we have Gardener’s story told by some pony else, what is the point? Why does it improve the story? It doesn’t. Is there a way I can make it improve the story?
Why is this here…
I can make it a series of vignettes… What if it’s Gardener listening to the stories?
Imagining herself doing the job? Telling foals how she first got the job?
What if I try each one at a time. Two POV- Gardener and? I keep running back to some pony reading about Gardener. But why? Why are they reading about her?
