Thunderstorm #12. It happened yesterday late at night, but I was too tired after writing to make an upload. I have food on the stove and need to make this quick, please enjoy the update:

Hell was upon us that night, it truly was, the doors of Abaddon stood open wide and the destruction had been unleashed on us and our city. She was its carrier and in this moment, this terrible and horrifying moment that tore at our minds and tried to rip our sanity apart, she came up the stairs, hooves and wings ablaze, to collect us and drag us down into the abyss.....
Not my lord. What he did, in spite of this abomination before us, was running, but not running into the treacherous safety that an attic offered during a storm with lightning and thunder as this one, no, he was charging right at the demon and passed it. I saw my lord get impaled, strapped onto the symbol of our highest gods, defiling it, and jerked through the ceiling onto the roof of the house, a grim weathervane, dead and with open, empty eyes that stared into the demon's lightning and reflected it. Such vivid nature had the pictures I saw, but my lord was still running and my mind playing tricks..... or was it the demon inside my head that played them? I could never tell, but my lord was running, and running he kept as he was out the house and the cold torrents of rain soaked his night-shirt. Why did the beast let him go? Perhaps, I guessed, it preserved him for last, to hunt him down in the labyrinth of streets and alleys, as such was more enjoyment for this gruesome, wicked soul that grinned at me from below.
