My Husband, PrinceOfDarkness, Has Passed Away.

Hello everybody.

This is his wife, Fleur. The owner of this account, my husband, PrinceOfDarkness, passed away this evening from Cardiomyopathy.

His mother had it, and she had a stroke a few months back. This was the third time he went into Cardiac Arrest, and he was taken to hospital and the CICU, the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit. He wanted you to be informed of things selectively. As you know, he also had Huntington's Disease. But, he had also been suffering from Cardiomyopathy. He didn't want anybody to know.

I am still in the grieving process, and writing this message with a very heavy heart.

My husband, my best friend, my lover, the love of my life, the father of my child, passed away today at 11:50 PM.

As for how I am in his account, before he passed, he gave me the name and password of his account.

I will be logging out and preparing to put plans we made in case he ever passed, in place. Including funeral care and funds for our daughter and other important aspects of our lives.

My husband, in the event of his passing, wanted me to inform all of you.

Me and Princeofdarkness have known each other for a while, a few years or so to the point were best friends and even to the point he treated me like a brother my most difficult times.. He's a good friend and the best family man I've ever got to know.. I have been busy with other stuff and the little disagreements we've had... to think the last messages he had for me last May and June... I regret not having replied to him here... If you are reading this document, then I have died, and my wife has sent you and others this document.

Anyway, let’s get into it. That’s how I do things. Rip the band aid off, don’t beat around the bush and get into the nitty gritty.

To all my followers, friends and fans of my works, this is what I would like to call my final words in the case of my passing. Firstly, I would like to thank you all for everything. For your kindness, respect and support over the years.

I had a feeling I wouldn’t see into my 20s or older. Autistic people die in their 50s or so, anyway. People with Huntington’s live to about 40-50 years.

I don’t want any tears. Don’t grieve me in the sense of weeping. I don’t want my memory to be sad, but happy.

Endings are sad, but, beginning are happy. We’re mortal, not immortal. No matter how much we think we are. Do not be saddened that I am gone. I will always care about you all.

I have already made plans for my wife and daughter in the event of my passing. I think ahead.

But, for all of you, think of the good times we all had. The good memories. Grieve me and reflect with warmth, nostalgia and happiness. Not sadness. Sure, it’s sad to see someone go. But, it’s part of life.

Thank you all for everything. When I first joined, I was a new writer and obsessed with MLP.

Over time, I mellowed out and pursued writing books as a career. I stopped being obsessed with and liking MLP. But, in the event of my death, I want other authors to write my books for me. The unfinished, discontinued and non-written ones.

And for the love of all that’s good, PLEASE don’t write them in a crappy way. Use Prose, good grammar, a good plot, a good beginning and a good ending. Do what you want with my works. Just don’t disgrace my memory through my works.

Fellow authors like Wanderer D, Quill Scroll, SweetSunnyBuns, A Man Undercover, Zamairiac, etc. Thank you all for inspiring me to write on FimFiction. I know that I disgraced myself when it came to the Lion Star incident, but, I feel as though I have managed to redeem myself from that debacle.

I would say two things.

@PrinceofDarkness. You will be missed. You were a hell of an author with a brilliant mind. I say this as someone who was well over twice your age. I wish I could have seen you develop even further than you already had. The world, both this flesh and blood one that we behind our screens, and this magical one of Love and Tolerance and satisfied values through Friendship and Ponies (sorry...) is a lesser place without you in it.

@Fleur. It's not easy to lose one of the most important people in your life. I know this. It's happened to me before. Less than a year ago, I scattered my mother's ashes ovver one of her favorite flower bushes. I'm not going to give you any trite canned "It gets easier" saying. There's always going to be a PrinceofDarkness shaped hole in your heart, and it's going to hurt. That said, you have a little piece of a wonderful man in the world to live for in the child you had together. You lost your Mate, your Husband. The other half of your soul. It's okay to cry and mourn.

However, when you cry, hold tighter to the little one, for as much as you lost your Husband, they lost Daddy, and they'e going to look to Momma for strength. Goddess beneath our feet knows, when my father passed away and I was still a kid, it took me not being able to take care of myself for mom to keep taking care of HERself.

I'm not saying not to cry. Absolutely let go. Saying goodbye, mourning is good for the soul.

As someone who intimately knows that sort of loss, Fleur, please accept my sympathies, I wish I could offer more.

I may not have interacted a whole lot, but truthfully? The truth is this man was an amazing author and wonderful person I'm sure, may he walk over the colorful fields and rest easy...Knowing that they're wonderful people to help.

I didn’t know PrinceOfDarkness very well, but from what I did see of him, and from what others have said, he was a good person who deserved to live a much longer life. My condolences to you and your daughter for your loss, and I pray that you will find peace and happiness again.

Only a few short days ago, he had posted a blog post with a quote that I feel should be quoted again: “What is grief, if not love persevering?” In hindsight, maybe it was him hinting what was about to happen. He may be gone now, but his love for you and your daughter still perseveres in memory. Cherish it, and it will never leave.
