In Honor of Pride Month, I Present Rainbows, Art, and Teasers!

Hey gang,

So. Its June. Pride month. Hooray, rainbows everywhere!

I also have a lovely treat for all of you! I'm sure all of you have gotten a good look at the cover, and I know a lot of you are probably familiar with the work of the artists in question. Well, I commissioned them again, this time for a bit of NSFW art for a scene that has been living Rent Free in my head since the chapter "Sweet Dreams Are Made of This..." Once again, LZjian79 and her collaborative partner, Hiru, have surpassed all my expectations with the artwork, and I'm excited to show it to all of you!

Its Sunset and Twilight in that library dream sequence, and thus very pretty as is, but its also the first look at my version of post-RR Demon-esque Sunset. This is the monster in her nightmares, the thing that crops up in dreams and in Twilight's imagination.

Now, obviously, I cant post the NSFW art directly here. That's a no go...

What I can do, however, is post a link to LZjian79's particular Twitter account where it has been posted in all its glory, and encourage everyone who can to go look at it there until someone inevitably puts it up on derpi. (I lack a derpi account, personally, so I cant, but I know someone eventually will. :P)

Updates will be resuming this week, as per normal. In the pipeline is more Rubicon, plus the final two chapters for Cassandra's Cry, which I plan to get done with going into the Friendship Games. We're also in the planning stages for what's coming up after Arc Two (and thus the First Volume of Rubicon) is complete!

And I have a bit of a teaser announcement too!

In talking with LZjian during the commission process, we've gotten to be friends, and as a result of that we've been talking about our respective works and views on Sunset, Twilight, and their friends and family. Comparing universes and stories and laughing about antics they get up to. (Which is quite hilarious, let me tell you!) As a result of this, there is a collaborative project in the works between her and I. Its not part of the Rubicon universe, but it does involve Sciset! :P Stay tuned in the next few months for more word on that!
