Technically I’d say this counts, as Southeast Alaska does have a series cloudy, overcast appearance to it, even if it wasn’t quite so cloudy this time while I was there, but it does give the land an appearance of being in a “shadow” a lot of the time. Anyway …
Point is, I’m back! That’s right! I’m back at my desk and back home. Which was sorely missed, especially by the end.
Oh, speaking of sore … Yeah, I hurt. I’ve spent the last two days just basically doing nothing but gaming or reading and recovering, stretching and trying to get some of the aches and pains brought about by the workload I was under to fade away. Since one of said pains is in my right arm, wrist, and hand, there’s cause for me to not be writing for a little bit. It needed to recover. It’s largely faded now, but I’m hoping over the weekend the last of it will ease off. Until then, treatment will continue.
So … let’s divide this post into two pieces, shall we? The first piece, right below the break, will be a paragraph or two discussing a few things that went on during my trip. So if you’re interesting in hearing some lighter details on what-all went on up there, or what it was like, you’ll want to go directly to the jump below.
After that, I’ll slide into discussing what comes next. After all, I’m back, and that means it’s time for writing once more (pending health improvements, of which this post is a test of my capabilities at). So basically, what’s coming next from my writing desk, AKA news and such!

Yeouch, sounds like a rough trip. Hopefully the damage won't be that bad.
