Farewell Ash Ketchum... · 10:37am Mar 24th, 2023
It's been a beautiful journey with Ash and Pikachu, watching them grow and experience heart pounding adventures, encountering fantastic friends, evil enemies, and exploring the incredible world of Pokémon.
And so, it all comes to an end... with a new adventure around the corner.
I look forward to seeing what new journeys await us.
Farewell Ash and Pikachu as well to everyone who accompanied them throughout all these years.
You won't be forgotten.
It's up for Pokémon Horizons to keep alive the Pokémon legacy now.

It's sad that Ash and Pikachu had their last adventure and honestly it was pretty lackluster. A bunch of episodes most of which felt like filler, focusing on an overarching story where Ash doesn't catch anything, barely interacts with Misty or Brock, not to mention we never see Serena, May or the like. Not to mention some of Ash's pokemon don't even show up like Greninja or freaking Primeape.
For a story that's been going on for 2 decades and was the first anime I ever saw as a kid, this was a sad way to end it.
