Has anyone ever noticed the similarities between Seth from the Street Fighter games and Snoke from Star Wars?

Think about it. They're both artificial beings created by the main antagonists of their respective franchises. They both run offshoots of organizations that used to be run by the aforementioned antagonists. They have unstable (or sadistic in Seth's case) second-in-commands that eventually betray and kill them. And, despite their calm demeanours, they're both narcissists.

There's probably more similarities but those are the ones I can think of at the top of my head. Though, if you want to go with physical similarities, they're both bald and male. At least until Street Fighter V, where Seth's consciousness was uploaded to a female body with long black hair.
