Backrooms - Escaping the Play Palace! · 3:22am Jan 30th, 2023

"What I like especially about this one is that the clown didn't make any acts of aggression against the cameraman. Even when he lost his mind, body, and soul to the horrible machinations of the Backrooms, he was just... there. When the cameraman knocking over a sign telling him to be quiet, the clown witnessed it, yes, but instead of attacking him or pursuing him in any way, he went in another direction and looked at a flower balloon. He only stood at a distance and watched as the cameraman left the town room. And later, when he emerged from the ball pit, he just sat there.

The clown is truly a tragic character, made more so by how docile he is as an "entity". He didn't ask to be swept into this world of ever-changing, outlandish nightmares. He just wanted to entertain kids and have fun with people, and the Backrooms took everything away from him. Even after he turned into that nightmarish form, he only wanted a friend to spend time with." - from TheBonkSipper

"Absolutely amazing and spot on description and being the first to truly understand the real meaning of the clown entity! Thank you so much for the well thought out comment! " - Lost in the Hyperverse replie to him
