Update on Stories · 4:44am Jan 28th, 2023
Hey everyone, thought I'd mention what's going on with my stories and their upcoming chapters.
I want to say off the bat that none of them are "dead" and I have no plans to cancel any of them, I fully intend to finish them at some point, Life has just been chaotic lately and my focus has been elsewhere.
The Hidden Tribes
starting off I want to apologize for how long it's been taking to update this one, the next chapter is WIP but my focus has been on the other stories so this one's on the backburner and I'm figuring out what to do with it after the opening section. It is coming, just not for awhile yet.
Hunting Grounds
Another that's been on the backburner, I do have the next chapter planned out along with ideas for the ones after, but I haven't had the drive to really work on it with how life is right now among other things. Hopefully that will change this year.
The Dragonfly Hive
Released a new chapter not too long ago and more are coming so no worries.
To Bring Down and Empire
The only one officially on Hiatus, I would like to return to this one but I don't really know how to write the next chapter. I know what I want to do, just not how.
Lore of the Sea of Legends
Another I'd love to return to, I've been suffering Writer's Block with this one, the kind where you know what you want to write but can't think of how to write it. 
High Seas of Adventure
The next chapter is currently in the works and I have some ideas for it, again just life being a pain plus things going on with my family, thankfully nothing serious now.
And that's what's been going on, like I said before I ain't going to cancel any of my stories and none of them are dead, just "in a deep sleep" if you will. If I was going to cancel any of them I would at the very least let you guys know ahead of time and include a final chapter detailing what would have happened in the canceled chapters so you readers would at least know what happens. But I still stress that I'm not canceling if I can help it, I will finish them at some point.
On last thing to add, those of you who have looked at my stories have likely seen "A Relaxing Vacation" which is currently my only story to have no likes and one dislike. I'll be honest; I do not like how the first chapter and currently only chapter ultimately turned out and feel that it ended up being, for lack of a better word, stale. So at some point in the future I'm gonna pretty much redo it, it's still be an Anthro story with a "Beach Episode." theme to it (as in the characters will be spending most of the story in their swimwear), but I have some ideas for it to hopefully make it better; one of which is it starting as a vacation only for our heroes to find clues to pirate treasure.

I know how you feel: 'The Drake Six' has similarly been on hold, as things have been busy for me IRL, and I haven't found the time to attend to it. But, it's better that you write when you feel like it, so that you can give work you're proud of, and not work you just rushed out.
Take your time with it, and I'm sure your readers will understand.
