How Sunny Got Her Name - Released!

Just a quick little oneshot from me to tide you all over :) 

I was actually going to use this story idea as an interlude within my next long-form story, but considering that I’ll still be planning that for another 6 months minimum, I thought I would get it out to you all now instead of two years from today (haha, good joke . . . .)

Feel free to ask any questions about the one shot, it was a bit of a spur-of-the-moment thing but I really enjoyed writing it. Is it an AU? I don’t think so, but I also don't try and bend over backwards to fit canon—there's enough mental gymnastics you can do in either direction when it comes to fanfiction. It’s my headcanon until otherwise stated (and it’s possible that Gen 5 will expand upon Argyle’s life and render me an AU, but that’s a problem for a later day). I tried my best to tiptoe around the comics as well, especially regarding Canterlot, but I haven’t actually read them in full so if I messed something up there you have my apologies. Should I have added a G4 or EQG tag? Maybe, but I think since I wrote Twi and Sunset within the context of G5, it isn't really warranted. Like I said, let me know what you think.

And there I go again, analyzing characters through the lens of Sunset Shimmer! First Chrysalis, then Blueblood, now Argyle and his wife . . . when will I stop?! And who’s next out of the random grab bag, Starswirl the Bearded?

Yeah, actually. But like I said, I’m still planning, so nothing more to say there for a long time.
