Last year's been interesting for me · 7:48pm Jan 1st, 2023
On the one hand, I had a fun time playing Cyberpunk 2077 on my PS4, my YouTube channel now has 2.75K subs, I wrapped up the first season of TAWOTA, I was baptized in May, I got to watch some top-quality animation (most of which being anime), I came across the first season of Breaking Bad in a second-hand shop, I had LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga on my birthday, I watched Spider-Man: No Way Home, and after roughly three long years, I was finally able to eat at McDonald's again. Oh, and I also got drunk on my birthday and on Christmas and on New Year's Eve because them occasions just wouldn't be complete until I'm obscenely intoxicated. 
And Valentine's Day. That's another holiday where I need to get drunk and, last year, I did.
But on the other hand, I have mixed feelings about the content I produced to get to that number of subscribers on YouTube, my best friend had a psychotic episode and has been spending most of the year on medication, I tried going a month without giving into my usual habits and vices only to give up halfway through that month courtesy of boredom and melancholy, my brother had to spend six months on tag after he got busted for selling weed, my mother had a mental breakdown on the 5th August, I got kicked out of a Discord server I liked hanging out at (which is ironic since I joined that server this year as well) and I spent the first week of December with a kidney stone (albeit one I had coming considering the amount of salt I poured on my McDonald's meal a week before the kidney stone 
). Oh, and what little faith I had in G5 has been shattered to pieces and, with benefit of hindsight, I'm slowly starting to see the flaws in FiM. Not that I haven't noticed flaws in the show beforehand but they were mostly just related to how the show ended and *shudders*...Starlight Glimmer. 
Speaking of FiM, another good thing that happened last year is on the very last week, I managed to type out a one-shot. You should be seeing it some time next week. After that, I'm back to my hiatus. Well, unless my one-shot does well then I'd probably type up a follow-up when I have the time.
