Rules

1. Check my profile and whether it says that commissions are open or closed before PMing me about them. I'll only be taking on a few at a time to ensure they get done in a timely fashion.
2. Contact me via FimFiction's PM system only. I'll accept payment via Paypal, or if you'd prefer, you can send me the amount through my Ko-Fi
3. You may send me a specific word budget to work within, so that resulting work doesn't go over what you're willing to pay.
4. I will not write Mature stories, nor will I write anything that warrants the following tags: Porn, Fetish, Gore, Narcotics, Non-consensual, or Suicide / Self Harm
5. Requesting use of Eventide Verse OCs, locations, and other worldbuilding is permitted, but it's up to my discretion whether the resulting fic is in my "mainline" timeline or is a "branch" (a la Every Dog Has Her Day) depending on its content.
6. If you wish for me to use specific OCs and verses belonging to other people, including yourself, you must provide links to any research material (a particular story, a verse primer if the author has one, a TVTropes page, a fanfic reading etc.) you'd like me to use for reference. If this verse and/or characters belong to someone other than yourself they must PM me to state that you have their permission to commission work with these elements.
7. I reserve the right to turn down any commission at my own discretion, even if it does not explicitly break any of the above rules.

Additional Rules For Non-MLP Commissions:

1. All of the above rules still apply, including the content ones.
2. If I'm going to write in a fandom, I should either already be familiar with the media or be able to get familiar with it very quickly. If I've written a crossover with that property, you can consider it fair game, but otherwise, feel free to ask.
3. Since the site requires all posted stories have MLP content, I'll be displaying these stories via blog posts instead.

Process - All-At-Once Works:

• Contact me via PM with what you would like me to write. Be ready with any research material (see above) if need be, let me know if you're setting me a particular word budget, tell me if you'd like your name attached to the commission, and be prepared for follow-up questions to make sure I know exactly what you want.
• Once the initial communication is done, I'll create a first draft and send that to you for approval, along with a quote based on the draft's word count. Please send half of that quote before any editing starts. Once that has been done, I'll make any changes requested, as well as a last-minute hunt for typos, grammar/flow tweaks, missing details, etc., before posting.
• You may choose a title, and may pick out and provide cover art, or leave it up to me, your choice. Any cover art that you provide must either be your own work or have a source that I can link. Each story posted on FimFic will have "Written on commission" stated in its LD and your name and link to your FimFic profile, unless you state that you'd like to be kept anonymous. I'll then update the price, if need be, based on the finalized wordcount. Please send the outstanding amount as soon as possible after the story is live.

Process - Longterm Works:

• Contact me via PM with what you would like me to write. Be ready with any research material (see above) if need be, let me know if you're setting me a particular word budget per month, tell me if you'd like your name attached to the commission, and be prepared for follow-up questions to make sure I know exactly what you want.
• You may choose a title, and may pick out and provide cover art, or leave it up to me, your choice. Any cover art that you provide must either be your own work or have a source that I can link. Each story posted on FimFic will have "Written on commission" stated in its LD and your name and link to your FimFic profile, unless you state that you'd like to be kept anonymous.
• After initial communication is finished, I'll send you a draft of each chapter as it is written, for your approval. I'll then make any changes requested, as well as a last-minute hunt for typos, grammar/flow tweaks, missing details, etc., before posting. Once a chapter is live, I will give you the cost based on its word count, to be paid to me before I start work on the next chapter.

Editing

Rules:

2. Contact me via FimFiction's PM system only. I'll accept payment via Paypal, or if you'd prefer, you can send me the amount through my Ko-Fi
3. I will not edit Mature stories, nor will I edit for projects that warrant the following tags: Porn, Fetish, Gore, Narcotics, Non-consensual, or Suicide / Self Harm
4. I reserve the right to turn down any editing project at my own discretion, even if it does not explicitly break any of the above rules.

Additional Rules For Non-MLP Fanworks:

1. All of the above rules still apply, including the content ones.
2. If I am not familiar with the fandom the work takes place in, it must be one that I can become familiar with quickly. When in doubt, ask.

Process:

• Contact me via PM with what you would like me to edit. Please either provide me a Google doc with the story and/or chapter you would like me to edit, or a link to the unpublished chapter on FimFic. I will give you an initial quote based on its wordcount, to be paid in advance.
• I will go through an initial editing pass and make note of any typos, corrections, inconsistencies, and notes where I feel clarity/flow can be improved.
• You may then submit it to me again for additional passes, but keep in mind that all editing passes after the second come at additional cost, which are to be paid after each pass.
• When published, I request that there be an "edited by" credit in the story's long description (or equivalent) everywhere the fic is posted.

Pricing:
10 CAD per 1000 words
Additional editing pass after the first two: 7 CAD per 1000
