Happy (late) anniverary+update · 9:11pm Dec 13th, 2022
Hey everyone, sorry for being inactive for a long time, I just wanted to say happy late anniversary to In The Wake of Anon-A-Miss.
I can't believe it's already been a year, it just flew by didn't it? I also can't believe just how much attention the story's gotten, I hadn't imagined it'd be this successful in only a year nor that my first story would immediately be featured on the main page.
I'm also shocked by how much I had actually written. Over a 100k words were written for the story and 50 chapters were published. I've been writing stuff for over 3 years that doesn't have that much writing.
I also have an update as to why I haven't been active lately.
My grandma had a stroke on November 14th.
She's been staying at my house for the time being and I've been helping her out while she recovers. I also had to change my availability for work and they haven't given me a day off since my grandma came to live with us and I have to go to sleep early so I wake up when my grandma does in case I need to help her.
It's been a hectic month as you can imagine and I just haven't mustered the motivation to write nor really had the dame amount of time.
While granted I guess I could write with the free time I do have, I just have not had the motivation with everything going on. I have to be in the mood to write, and between having to worry about work and my grandma while also having to get to sleep earlier, I just haven't been in the mood.
Rest assured, I have started the next chapter. I don't know when it'll be published, but I predict it'll come out by atleast January.
