Day 9: Back to your regularly scheduled programming!

You know, sometimes I get notifications that someone favorited my first story. This is as empowering as it is absolutely terrifying. Somehow, even thoguh I posted it to the internet with complete knowledge that someone was gonna read it, and as a Jinglemas entry, a decent amount of people would probably at least glance, my soul still shivers when I find that someone considers it their favorite. This fear is second only to that one moment I saw it in the popular stories sidebar for a couple hours. (Harrowing experience, that).

So, I think I'll dedicate the next couple of blogposts to why exactly I'm dissatisfied with that first story and the fact people are reading it and favoriting it, and why, despite that, I'll never hide it from my page.

And in case you were wondering, the break in posts doesn't mean I stopped writing that Jinglemas story. These were just taking more time than I"d like to admit and finals week was barreling down. Regularly schedules blog posts will be returning, for those few of you who were looking forward to it.
