    Xlibris

Hey, you guys ever hear of Xlibris? I've got an offer from them to publish my book, but I'm getting some shady vibes from some of the reviews I've read about them. Any thoughts?

    Amazon's changing it's print costs.

So, as of June 20th, Amazon will be changing its print costs. Specifically, everything is going to be a bit more expensive. If you were on the fence for buying a physical copy of my books, now's the time to change your mind, seeing as how the price is going to increase in a couple of months. Thought I'd give you all the heads up.

    What I Am: Aftermath chapter.

Hey, guys, I'm writing a conclusion chapter for What I Am. Nothing too substantial, given that a sequel and spin off already exist, but I thought I'd put it down as both a way to let those that don't exactly follow me (or, at the very least, don't follow my blog) know that the second book is out, and also know that A Darkened Sky is about to get a whole lot of chapters.

    Fool's Gambit.

Man, did you ever go back and just... cringe at what you did before? That happened to me with Fool's Gambit. The story has plenty of potential, that's not the problem. My problem is with how it's written. The prose is off, there are numerous errors, and I feel like the whole thing is rushed. Like, that first part could have easily been 4-5 chapters longer, and it would have been better for

So, I've been having issues remembering names and such, and keeping everything straight as I write what's going to be the second book in my published version of the story. That being said, I went onto world anvil to compile all that information into an easily accessable location. I eventually plan to make it public to the rest of you. Or maybe not so eventually, given how long it has been since I've published anything, and you all probably thought I was dead, or something.
No, I'm not dead, nor have I run out of enthusiasm for my work here, it's just that I've had other priorities. Namely small, shouty, and occasionally stinky priorities. Never fear, I am working on new chapters for everything, it's just going to take me longer than I thought a while back... especially given that my current, full-time job is looking for jobs. That being said, I am now a certified Comptia technician, so work can't be that hard to find, right?
That being said, if you're interested in looking at the work behind the curtain, I can make the worldanvil stuff available to you... So long as you're okay with having some of the more mysterious things about my Humanity Within stuff explained before it is in the actual books. Like the rules that magic follows, or the nature of nightmares.

I'll leave that for you guys to decide.

glad to see you mate, though i was sure you had other more important duties to see to and it seems i was right.
i understand your main priority is the humanity within series at the moment, but i must ask out of curiousity, do you still hope to return to the nautilus protocol?

5702271 Oh, absolutely. It's just lower on the list. I still have all my old notes for where I wanted the story to go, and everything.

Glad to see you're alright. Hope all your efforts with all that are going well.^^

I'm glad that you're still writing. I look forward to new stuff.

Welcome back! Small and stinky priorities are important priorities. :pinkiehappy:

Always glad to hear from you. Life always takes a priority but it's so good to look forward to more stuff from you.
