"It's better to know how to learn than to know."
"It's what we think we know that keeps us from learning."
"In order to adapt, you need to have awareness."
"Don't pressure or worry yourself with future thoughts and hopes of winning. Be present. Be aware."
"Don't underestimate or overestimate but be confident that you can beat anyone and don't give up."
These are the quotes that I definitely agree with. I got these from this video:
"It's better to know how to learn than to know."
Agreed. If you can apply yourself to learning, you will learn that which you need to.
"It's what we think we know that keeps us from learning."
Partially. People with a preconceived sense of being right or are extreme will be unlikely to learn or correct fallacies in their reasoning if they think they are already in the right.
"In order to adapt, you need to have awareness."
Agree. If you are unaware, you will not know to what you must adapt.
"Don't pressure or worry yourself with future thoughts and hopes of winning. Be present. Be aware."
Agreed. Stoic thinking - the past I cannot change and is not worth my worry. The present I can focus on. The future is not here and need not worry me yet.
"Don't underestimate or overestimate but be confident that you can beat anyone and don't give up."
Partially. Never under or overestimate an opponent. Be confident in your abilities. Be confident in your analysis.
