I honestly did not manage until the end. It hit home the most during the opening scene, talking to a mother on the phone; I have a big problem with communicating well with my parents, about anything really, not just transgender stuff. I get stressed, immensely so, whenever I know that what I'll say might cause them sadness or any negative feeling at all, which I know may happen even though they are accepting.
This is a well made experience. The author clearly captures our struggles well... thanks for sharing it. I'm glad I know about this project.
