Electro Swing 37 and the Struggle is Real

This chapter... boy howdy this chapter. It was a fight for sure, but we got there. There was some information in this chapter that I've been putting off because it didn't slot neatly anywhere, but it needed to be shown. Plus, Fleur! Prereader's been missing Fleur.

Hopefully she's been sleeping better since the events of chapter 33

At this stage in writing Electro Swing, sometimes the speed is just gonna be slow. Something needs a setup or I need to reread parts to remind myself of things. Luckily, I've got help from great folks like King, AP, and Alchemik devoting their spare time to helping me get this story out to y'all. King was really critical getting this all in line considering we're very much different people in our experiences, which helps me figure out things I don't have experience with.
