The Master Mev has at last started its final arc this past weekend with the newest chapter, Chapter 91 - Frightening Test.
I figured it was a good one to have around Halloween too with whole "fear" part of it..
For the audiobook version, we also have two recently published chapters:

Chapter 19 - Domain Nocturnivlair
I think Chapter 19 is a good one to have published for Halloween too because...vampire toying. Chapter 18 is still worth checking out as well, even if not intended with a Halloween theme. I thought i am vanity !, who played Scootaloo, did a really good job for that chapter.
Unfortunately, I could not get a new story out of myself this year for Halloween time, specifically another Rainbow Dash vampire story, because I just like doing those. I have a number of drafts and ideas, but nothing I could really edit and decide well enough to publish in time. In any case, I'll just remind you of the past two years.
Last year, I published and completed My Vampire Companion.
In 2020, I published and completed Vampires About Ponyville
And now...stuff by other authors! Most of it is not completed though. Still, they are good reads!
Last year, another project I did was a voiced reading of my favorite chapter from my favorite Austraeoh book, Utaan. It too can fit with a Halloween theme because of a monster and suspense.
Technically, Utaan is finished, but it is part of the bigger Austraeoh series, which is not finished.

Still, I definitely liked several parts of it myself.
I am way behind on chapters for this story, but I think it's a good one to share on Halloween.
Why? Because Twilight Sparkle and Rainbow Dash are demons and lovers, that's why!
I left on Chapter 75, and it's now up to 97, so I can't speak for the later chapters. I'll confess to typically avoiding fanfics where Twilight is the main character. I've had my fill of that from the original show. However, this story has Rainbow Dash as a notably strong support, so I make an exception for this story.
Also, if you like the idea of Rainbow Dash being at near constant risk of turning into a violent ravenous monster, but usually doesn't, you should check out the Austraeoh series. I mean, that's not really what it's about, but that aspect of it ties in nicely with Halloween in my opinion.

It's not finished. To be honest, I would be shocked, in a really good way, to see the story finished. Still, I find it a worthwhile read and have seen it return to activity, then go inactive again, in my time on this site. Okay "worthwhile read" is really under-selling how much I love Austraeoh. It's my favorite story, period. I wish I could write an Austraeoh, but all attempts have fallen short.
Is Harmony Theory worth mentioning for Halloween? Well, it does have Nightmare Umbra and Max Cash and the Elements of Harmony turning out to not exactly be sources of good, so I guess that's reason enough for me. I'm not considering any of the above information spoilers since they're all part of the long form description of the story. Rainbow Dash seems like the main character early on, and she's definitely a big player, but in the later chapters, well...not so much. While I am somewhat disappointed by that, it is a long story and still has a lot of good stuff before all that. I would read newer chapters if they ever came. Anyway, here's the link:
