Alright, so I'm considering changing how World Without Rainbows is presented on the site.
You guys are probably aware that the story is divided into acts, and each act is listed as it's own story. I don't know what drove me to do this in the first place, but I am now beginning to view it as a collosal mistake. Having the story segregated like this makes it impossible to send someone a link to the whole story unless you send them a link to a blog post with more links, which is an extra step I'd rather not put readers through. You could link to an individual act, but that would be Act 1 for new readers and Act 3 or more for whenever a new chapter is posted, which would make the EQD post confusing unless I linked to every chapter there, which I don't want to do because that's extra work for the EQD team who deserves every convenience I can give them. The beauty of FimFiction is that the entire story can be represented by one link that doesn't need to be changed whever there's an update.
So, the way I see it, I have a couple of options.
1) Merge everything into the current Act 3. Replace the first 2 acts with messages and links, but don't delete them to preseve comments and allow old links to still work. Downsides of this are potential confusion for people who have the first act in their Read Later, the inability to have separate images and descriptions for each act (which I did enjoy, and I feel are helpful in the form of a mini-recap of sorts).
2) Keep everything as it is.
