Now before i start this let me make a few things clear, i know this incident has been over for quite some time. i see the reason why some people took offense and i see the reason why bronies where angry. this isn't a rant about how it should have gone down, this isn't a lecture about how bronies should let it go. this is meerly a point of view.

now the changes to derpy where not about her being cross eye'd but rather related to her voice making her sound mentaly disabled. now here's what gets me. i have aspergers syndrome and i find that they needed to change her voice because people found the idea of a pegasus with a disability offensive, to be in itself a bit offensive to those of us who are disabled or posses a condition of some kind. so we are simply too unpleasent to appear on television now? the worlds supposed to pretend like we don't exist? but this is just my point of view, i'd like to hear yours if you have one? especialy those with disabilities as well.
