Somnumagicism is one of the least common afflictions to affect ponykind, sufferers making up a mere 0.0062% of the population of Equestria. When it does hit though, it hits hard, tearing up families, friends and sufferers alike, mentally and physically. Going through puberty when you've got it as well? That's a whole other story.

It's Nightmare Night, and Zecora and the gang are in the Everfree forest for some spooky tales. The forest, however, is strange enough on normal nights, and on Nightmare Night it becomes something else. Something more sinister.
