Today I lost my best friend of eleven, nearly twelve years.
He'd been sick the last couple weeks. He'd been having joint trouble. The vet prescribed something that let him run around like a puppy again.
I took him to the vet when he stopped eating and they gave me some pills for him. He seemed to be doing better. His appetite wasn't much better, but he wasn't ignoring everything.

Cheers for the critiscm on my Vanquish crossover! I'm rusty when it comes to writing and I certainly need to improve on my pacing. I tend to write more to pass the time and don't have much patience with it, hence the bad pacing at times.
As for the characterisation, I can certainly improve. I tend to dip in and out of it. Anyway, I shall indeed try and improve in the future and get myself a proof reader, whenever I have the energy.
