When Gizmo's Father Concorus (Con-core-us) takes the head of the Empire of Dancing Flames, he paints a picture of glory for him and his son as the ruler of Equestria but Gizmo just wants a simple life with a couple of friends. Gizmo's resolve gets stronger when he meets Pinkie Pie who lives the life that he wants, carefree and no responsibility's.  But when his father gets wind of how his son and only heir the the throne is trying to get out of the life he built for him he sets his evil conquering eyes on Ponyville and the mane six's way of life.
